Mr. Ashwin C Muthiah is the Founder Chairman of AM Group of Companies, Singapore which has interests across the globe in fertilizers, petrochemicals, distribution, infrastructure, healthcare and green energy. He is a commerce graduate from Loyola College, Chennai. After completing his post-graduation in management studies in the US, he joined the Group in India. 

Mr. Ashwin, a third-generation business leader, has led the group since 2001; he initiated the strategic re-orientation of various business entities to transform them into future-ready and sustainable entities in the new global economic environment. Today, the US$ 2 billion Group’s ventures span diverse, traditional and new-age businesses across India, South East Asia and the UK. 

Mr. Ashwin heads the Board of various group companies such as Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation (SPIC), Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL), Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (TFL) and the Vice Chairman of Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited (TPL). 

Mr. Ashwin is the Consul General Ad Honorem for the Republic of Philippines. As a leading industry figure, he has previously served as a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).

His philanthropic interests are focused on the areas of provision of safe drinking water and solving the sanitation issues of the needy through CSR efforts of AM Foundation. He is also a trustee of the Saigon Chettiars’ Temple Trust in Singapore that promotes ancient history, culture and traditions.

Ms. Devaki is the first of the fourth generation of the founder’s family. She holds a Masters of Arts in Business Management from the University of Edinburgh. Till recently, served as a Senior Analyst at an Independent Investment Management Firm in London providing investment advisory services. 

As part of joining the group, aims to drive strategic growth plans across Singapore, India and UK to accelerate its future-readiness. Will work alongside the professional leadership team to grow the global footprint of various group businesses. She is committed towards the organisation’s goal of attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining the best talent. She also hopes to guide operative companies to become world-class entities imbibing the values of resilience and prudence.

She is currently serving on the Board of Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited, Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, Manali Petrochemicals Limited, Greenstar Fertilizers Limited, Penn Globe Limited and Notedome Limited.

Mr. S Radhakrishnan is a Mechanical Engineer from Madras University. He has a combined experience of over 43 years in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Inspection, Technical Services, Project Execution & Management and Contracting in Power, Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemical, Fertilizer and other industrial sectors in India, Middle East and Singapore. 

He also holds accreditation as an associate faculty of risk management conferred by British Safety Council, London.  He has been credited as one of the top 100 powerful CEOs in India during the year 2011 as published by the Corporate Dossier of Economic Times of India.

Currently he holds directorship in Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited, South India House Estates and Properties Limited and Rivolu Software Private Limited.

Mrs. Rita Chandrasekar is a Partner in the leading Advocate firm M/s. Aiyar and Dolia, since 1984. The firm was established by her father late B.R. Dolia, in the year 1957. Her firm is providing advisory services to various public sector banks and corporates including multinational companies, resident individuals & NRI clients regarding investment of funds, establishment of industries, purchase of immovable properties etc. She is the Standing Counsel for Chennai Metro Rail Limited. 

She is also serving as a Director on the Board of Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited, Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, Mercantile Ventures Limited, Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited, India Radiators Limited and South India House Estates and Properties Limited.

Mr. B. S. Purshotham is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Senior Partner of M/s B. Purushotham & Co., Chartered Accountants, Chennai. He has vast experience of 37 years in his profession and his experience encompasses auditing & assurance and business / management advisory services to diverse mix of corporate clients including banks and public sector undertakings. He is active in the areas of tax representation before Income Tax Appellate Authorities. 

Presently, he is a Director in the Regional Board of Asia and Europe in Integra International, a networking firm of accountants from across the world with 124 members. 

He is also serving as a Director on the Board of Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited and Greenstar Fertilizers Limited. 

Mr. Govindarajan Dattatreyan Sharma, a Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, is a Senior HR Professional with over 40 years of experience across industry verticals. He has held senior positions and led the HR function in various corporates such as BGR Energy Systems, Larsen & Toubro, Vedanta (Sterlite) Group, SRA Systems and E.I.D. Parry. 

Mr. Sharma is well-versed in strategically aligning HR with business and with his rich experience in human resources functions across various business segments, he has successfully implemented management and leadership development initiatives. 

Mr. Sharma plays an active role in education/academia and training and he is associated as advisor and mentor with prestigious B-Schools and leading business houses and has won many awards and distinctions. He was the ‘Best Outgoing Student’ of the 1979 batch of M.A (PM & IR) at TISS and a Gold Medalist. His other awards include Rotary Foundation Group Study Exchange Fellowship in 1985; Fellowship of AOTS in 1996; Leadership Excellence Award from ITM University in 2006; Lifetime Achievement Awards by HR Sangam in 2016 and HR Caucus in 2018.

At present he is Principal Consultant, Beeline HR Advisory, his own HR & Management Consulting Firm, advising major organizations, Institutions and individuals on managing growth and helping them realize their potential. 

Mr. Sharma is also serving as a Director on the Board of Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited, Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, Manali Petrochemicals Limited and Mercantile Ventures Limited. 

Mr. R Chandrasekar, is a graduate in Commerce and Chartered Accountant. He is a certified SAP Consultant and Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008. He has also completed the intermediate course of the ICSI and third stage of CIMA, London.

He has nearly 35 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Legal & Secretarial functions in diverse segments such as Engineering Consultancy, EPC & Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, etc. He has held various senior level positions in Finance as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer in major Indian Corporates. He was associated with a global group in the Middle East for more than a decade. 

Currently, he is holding key position in Manali Petrochemicals Limited (MPL) as Managing Director and CEO - MPL Group and directorship in Pennwhite India Private Limited, Manali Speciality Private Limited, Sidd Life Sciences Private Limited and Medihub Sciencetec Private Limited. 

Mr. Nandakumar Varma holds B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Government Engineering College, Trichur, Kerala and also holds a Post graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Annamalai University and completed MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. 

He has 32 years of rich experience in engine and turbine governing systems, protection systems, power management and retrofits and handled the power and control systems business of the group since 1993. Before joining this group, he worked as Electrical Design Engineer at Mekel Corpration.

Mr. Varma is also serving as Whole Time Director of South India House Estates and Properties Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
